The Rebellion

The Rebellion

How does the brain rebel - It creates doubt - it brings to your recollection all the mistakes you’ve made, all the times you’ve tried and failed, it may even question your ability because it has no point of reference for this new vision of more - in the 3D world. Now don’t misunderstand - I don’t believe the brain is doing this on purpose. I don’t even believe the brain is that intelligent. I believe the brain is just a data base of information that comes to the surface to carry out patterns.

Thinking, reflecting, observing, strategizing and planning using the information in the brains data base - comes from our intelligence and I call that intelligence consciousness with a side of will power some have referred to this dynamic duo as the mind.

You may be wondering what is the difference between the brain and the mind - the short answer of that is intelligence. The brain from my research is simply a muscle that records data. The mind is an intelligence that is able to use that data to solve problems, create, manifest etc.

That’s why it’s so important to get to know your brain. I promise you the power it has over you is because you’ve let it run the show when it really is the assistant. If you pay close attention the brain operates by patterns and we call those patterns - personality. But personality is just a set of actions you’ve taken repeatedly. If you’re willing to put the time in you can actually create a whole new personality by responding in a different way to external stimuli and internal thoughts and feelings.

Creating a new personality will afford you a different reality. New energy will come into your life, bringing along with it new opportunities, different people. And ultimately the more you seek. You’ll be able to move past the stuck point. Look at the stuck point as an obstacle you haven’t yet busted. Mostly this is because we are not taking the time necessary to be curious about that obstacle. We keep avoiding it. Repetition is going to be key. Keep some reinforcements in your tool box. Below is another great tool I use as needed to remind me of the brain and its "tricks."

I read a book by Dr. Joe Dispenza an international lecturer and best selling author called: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. Click the link to hear a snippet on audible.
