Lint & Build Up
- Lint can get trapped in your locs from loose fibers on clothing, furniture, and bedding.
- Product trapped inside locs attract the lint and cause the lint to stay in the locs.
- Left over time this will become build-up deeply emedded inside the locs.
- If not addressed overtime the build up cannot be removed.
Removing Lint & Build Up
- The first step in eliminating build up is to do a detox. A detox can help remove build-up from products.
- A detox will not remove lint.
- Lint must be picked out to be removed.
- If the lint is too deeply embedded picking the lint out may destroy the loc.
- We remove as much lint as possible from the locs by picking the lint out.
- After all the lint is picked out we then conceal the remaining lint with the Loc Lint Concealer.
The Cost
The cost of the detox is $125 plus tax. The detox includes the following:
- Clarifying shampoo
- Steam treatment
- Ozone Therapy (for increased oxygen and circulation - to eliminate any bacteria and increase hair growth & retention).
- Detox Soak 20-30 minutes - with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and baking soda
- PH Balancing Aloe Mask Protien Treatment to help strength hair from effects of the detox
- Deep Conditioner
- Scalp Massage
- Healyng Oil
Lint Removal with Loc Pick and Concealer Treatment:
- Flat rate of $90 dollars and $45 each hour if service takes longer than 1 hour.
