Are you a new client? Before booking an appointment send us a text message or give us a call at (469) 278-7891 introducing yourself & your locs (if you don't have locs already you need to book a consultation first):
Intro Text Should Include:
- Name
- How long you have been loc'd?
- When was your last retwist or retightening?
- Send a picture of your locs in their current state.

STEP 2
After you have contacted us with the details listed above we will confirm the type of appointment you should book. You can then proceed to book an appointment via booksy.
*** Please note: Booksy will show you the cancellation fee (this is not an actual charge - clients often think they are being charged for the entire appointment upon scheduling). We only charge a deposit for:
- Consultations
- Loc Extensions
- Loc Installations
- Overdue appointments
- Styles

STEP 3
Come visit us at your scheduled appointment time. We are located at: 11445 Dallas Parkway #250 Frisco Texas, 75033 Suite # 4
- Please be on time - we have a 15 minute late fee policy - for every increment of 15 minutes late we charge a $25 fee. After 30 minutes your appointment may be cancelled.
- If you need to reschedule please do so within 48 hours (not 2 days - 48 hours) or our policy states you will need to pay the entire cancellation fee for your appointment.
